Rise Academy as an Independent Entity
The Rise Academy is a six month intervention program designed to recruit out-of-school children within the primary school years ( age 5 to 12) in underserved communities in cities, small towns and rural areas for the purpose of accelerating literacy and numeracy skills necessary for school. This program serves as a bridge for children and their families from being out of school and to being ready to enroll in public primary schools. At the completion of the six month, Read For Growth will support the transition of the children in the program into surrounding public schools.
